Peanut Butter Cake
For my American friends I've decided to post also in English.
It was necessary today that I tried an American classic recipe: Peanut Butter Cake!
(I know, I watch too many episodes of the Cake Boss)
I searched the web for the recipe and I found this one on Taste of Home.
I baked the cake making the right conversions: it's quite a challenge for us
reading about cups and teaspoons!
I think the final result it's good, even if it would never taste like a real American cake, I know!
This is the recipe, my efforts are all dedicated to my sweet American friends:
it's great still keeping in touch while living so far away.
Have a great Sunday, girls!
